The typical re-roof was declared at $29,850. The typical AC change-out, $9,633. Windows, doors and shutters, $15,100. A new pool, $84,340.

Roofs showed the biggest gap between towns. The typical Gardens re-roof came in at $40,000, nearly twice Jupiter's $21,000.

Declared values often run below the full contract price, so use them as a guide for comparing quotes. But they are real jobs on real houses here, not national averages.
